I recently had the pleasure of conducting practical workshops on calculating the Carbon Footprint for postgraduate students of the “Environmental Management and Waste Management” program at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW). These sessions were an additional event organized at the request of the students themselves, who, after my earlier lectures on the Carbon Footprint as part of the program, expressed a desire to deepen their knowledge through practical workshops.
During the meeting, we had the opportunity to practice calculating the Carbon Footprint for various products and processes, which allowed the participants to better understand this topic and acquire practical skills. The students were highly engaged and asked many interesting questions, reflecting their interest in this important issue.
I would like to sincerely thank all the participants for their active involvement in the workshops.
Special thanks to Marcin Wysokiński and Magda Wiluk for inviting me to lead these sessions. If you are interested in organizing similar workshops or training on the Carbon Footprint for your company or institution, please contact me. I would be happy to share my knowledge and experience in this field.
