REPORTING OF COAL LAW IN ORGANISATIONS

The training was specifically designed to allow participants to fully understand the emission mechanisms and the ways in which the carbon footprint is reported, as well as their relationship with the organisation's activities in the context of sustainable development. During the training, participants will gain comprehensive knowledge of the measurement of greenhouse gas emissions resulting from the organisation's activities. They will learn the latest methods of measuring and reporting carbon footprints, as well as how to integrate these data into the ESG strategy.
Our training will enable participants not only to gain theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills necessary for effective emission management and to create reliable reports on carbon footprint. Through this, organisations will be able to engage more consciously in sustainable development goals, contributing to a more ecological and responsible business.

TRAINING OBJECTIVE

The training aims to provide participants with full understanding of emission mechanisms and reporting of carbon footprint according to two key standards: GGG Protocol and ISO 14064-1.

GGG Protocol: Participants will learn more about the standards and guidelines developed by GGG Protocol, which are an international benchmark for measuring, reporting and managing greenhouse gas emissions (GHG). This will allow you to understand the processes of measuring and classifying emissions, as well as the way these standards are implemented in business practice.

ISO 14064-1 standard: Participants will be familiar with the requirements of ISO 14064-1, which sets out rules and guidelines for the preparation and verification of greenhouse gas emissions reports.

This training will provide participants with comprehensive knowledge of greenhouse gas emissions management and carbon footprint reporting, in accordance with the latest international standards and guidelines.

EFFICIENCY COMMUNICATION WITH INTERESTS AND ANALYSIS OF STABILITY

The training aims to prepare participants for the effective conduct of the materiality study and to conduct an effective dialogue with stakeholders of the AA1000 method, in the context of building ESG strategies and reporting. Participants will be able to identify key stakeholders both internally and externally and to conduct a materiality study that complies with regulatory requirements, including the CSRD Directive.

TRAINING OBJECTIVE

The training aims to ensure that participants understand the importance of research of relevance and dialogue with stakeholders in the context of building a strategy for sustainable development and reporting the ESG in the organisation. During training, participants will acquire skills:

  • Identifying different groups of key stakeholders and their needs in the context of sustainable development.
  • Conduct a materiality study to identify key aspects of sustainable development.
  • Use of the results of the analysis of relevance and dialogue with stakeholders

PRACTICALLY ON ESRS

The key element of the training is to clarify the structure and main categories of sustainability reporting in accordance with the ESRB. Participants shall learn how to identify important aspects of sustainable development for their organisations, how to collect, verify and manage data in accordance with the ESRS requirements and how to prepare reports in accordance with these standards.

CBAM: NEW REPORTING GUIDELINES FOR IMPORTED GOODS

The training was created to provide participants with a full understanding of the operating mechanisms and the CBAM reporting process, also known as the Border Coal Tax. During the training, participants will explore the rules on which CBAM is based and will learn what the reporting requirements of this mechanism are. By clarifying the key concepts and legislation on CBAM, participants will be able to better understand how this system affects international trade and the implications for their organisations.

TRAINING OBJECTIVE

The purpose of the training is to provide participants with a full understanding of the mechanisms for the operation and reporting of CBAM, in accordance with the provisions laid down in Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2023/1773 of 17 August 2023. This concerns the establishment of rules for the application of Regulation (EU) No 2023/95 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards reporting obligations in the context of the border price adjustment mechanism including CO2 emissions during the transitional period.
