Our Team
It supports customers on all issues related to sustainable transformation, including EU taxonomy, CSRD and ESRB sustainability reporting, and responsibilities of financial market participants on disclosure in accordance with SFDR. It also advises on sustainable development financing, including loans linked to sustainable development and green loans.
One of our experts is a member of the ESG Committee at the National Chamber of Commerce, a member of the EFRAG Support Group for the development of reporting standards for small and medium-sized enterprises (VSME ESRS) and a member of the ESG Innovation Council at the Polish ESC Association. He is also an expert of the Working Group on the application of EU Taxonomy under the auspices of the Polish Ministry of Development and Technology, as well as a member of the working group on minimum guarantees at the Union of Polish Banks.
We regularly publish and conduct lectures on sustainable development and ESG issues. We are lecturers in ESG postgraduate studies at universities across Poland or lectures of the ESG School organized by the National Chamber of Commerce.
We also advise on project financing, structured finance and leveraged financing transactions, in particular in the energy, infrastructure and real estate sectors, as well as securitisation, factoring and leasing transactions.
