The ESG strategy is the foundation for effective management of sustainable development and long-term value building. A properly developed strategy allows organisations to set environmental, social and corporate governance priorities, integrate ESG activities with business objectives and respond effectively to stakeholders' expectations, investors' expectations and regulatory requirements.

As part of the service, we support the organisation in developing a comprehensive ESG strategy tailored to the specific business characteristics, business model and key challenges and opportunities for sustainable development. The process includes the provision of the necessary knowledge, the development of strategic objectives for E, S and G areas, the preparation of a communication plan and a summary and discussion of the objectives pursued.

The result of the cooperation is a practical document of the Sustainable Development Strategy together with a communication plan, supporting the organisation in the effective implementation of ESG activities and the achievement of long-term business objectives.
