On 23 April 2024, the Diversity Month began, an initiative coordinated by the Responsible Business Forum under the Diversity Charter. The Diversity Month is the time when companies and organisations can promote and reward the values of diversity and integration in the workplace.

Managing diversity in the workplace becomes increasingly important for companies that want to attract and retain the best employees and build a positive organisational culture. Various teams, consisting of people of different origins, experience and prospects, can bring many benefits, such as:

Diversity Month Initiatives

During the Year of Diversity, numerous events, workshops and educational campaigns are organised to raise awareness of the benefits of diversity in the workplace. Companies can also use tools such as the Diversity IN Check study, which helps assess the level of maturity of the organization in the area of diversity management

The Diversity Month is also an opportunity to reward companies that stand out in promoting diversity and integration. During the inauguration on 23 April in Wrocław, awards of the Diversity Charter were presented

This initiative falls within the wider context of the European Diversity Month, which was officially launched on 25 April 2024.
