Our Team
Supports clients on all issues related to sustainable transformation, including EU taxonomy, sustainability reporting under the CSRD and ESRS, and disclosure obligations of financial market partners under the SFDR. He also applies on sustainability financing, including sustainability-related loans and "green" loans.
One of our experts is a member of the ESG Committee at the National Chamber of Commerce, a member of the EFRAG Support Group for the Development of Reporting Standards for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (VSME ESRS), and a member of the ESG Innovators Council at the Polish ESG Association. He is also an expert of the Working Group on the Application of the EU Taxonomy under the auspices of the Polish Ministry of Development and Technology, and a member of the Working Group on Minimum Guarantees at the Polish Bank Association.
We regularly publish and lecture on sustainability and ESG topics. We are lecturers at postgraduate ESG studies at universities throughout Poland or lectures at the ESG School organized by the National Chamber of Commerce.
We also advise on project finance, structured finance and leveraged finance transactions, particularly in the energy, infrastructure and real estate sectors, as well as securitization, factoring and leasing transactions.

- Advising a financial market participant on disclosure obligations under the SFDR regulation
- Assisting a Polish company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in connection with the preparation of corporate documentation on ESG issues
- Advising a large enterprise company in connection with the implementation of the EU Taxonomy and the assessment of its compliance with the Taxonomy
- Advising a financial market participant on disclosure obligations under the SFDR regulation, including assessment of business compliance with the Taxonomy with respect to three portfolio companies
