New Act on Signalling Protection: What does it mean for Polish law? 📜🔍

On 6 March 2024, a new bill was published on the website of the Government Legislative Centre for the Protection of Persons Reporting Violations, which was given a new name: a bill for the Protection of Signallers. 📜 It shall ensure that the protection measures required by Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 are implemented, inter alia, for persons reporting infringements. 🛡🔍 It has been amended, among others, by Article 3, containing a catalogue of infringements of the law (unlawful actions or omissions intended to circumvent the law) in new areas. 🔄
